Share your (published) story! We encourage all of our contributors to promote their articles by sending out links via email and/or social media outlets. Sturgis 247 is about sharing good news stories and we want these stories to reach as many people as possible.
What we are looking for: Sturgis 247 is focused on sharing positive stories from community leaders, local organizations, area businesses, and our citizens about living, working, and playing in the city of Sturgis and our surrounding area. The key word here is positive; we want good news and good, interesting stories about our community.
This is NOT an outlet for media releases, rather a place to share stories – for example, we don’t want a who, what, where, why about an Eagle Scout ceremony but may be interested in an article about how an Eagle Scout project is helping improve a local park. We don’t necessarily want an article about the weekly high school basketball game, but may be interested in a story about basketball team’s journey to the State championship for the first time.

Content Guidelines: Stories that do not meet the intent of Sturgis 247 for positive community content or which violate any of the following standards will not be considered for feature on Sturgis 247.
